 Opt In OR Lose Out!

A new federal law is going into effect July 1, 2010 that will require you to "Opt In" if you want to continue to have overdraft protection for ATM and debit card transactions. The law does not apply to Checks, ACH and Automatic Bill Payments.

Overdraft protection is a value-added service that covers your credit union checking account when you make a purchase that exceeds your account balance. It is designed with your protection in mind.
