The entity (Wendy’s) has confirmed that they had experienced a data breach on July 7, 2016. The release did not give information about precisely what card information may have been compromised. We have recently been able to confirm that a number of our members did use their debit cards at Wendy’s during the time there was a potential exposure to a data compromise.
If you are a member whose card has been exposed, you will be receiving a letter from us that will go into more detail; about the next steps. We would like all of our members to know that they will not be liable for fraud committed on their accounts.
